For sellers
Selling well in the corridor, without the worry, without losing your time on agents who outsource the work
I handle the photography, the staging, the small cosmetic fixes that change the final price, and the viewings. You sign when the right offer arrives.

Three commitments I keep on every sale
-
Five clear stages, and I am present in all five
Valuation, property preparation, listing with professional photography, viewing management and qualified buyers, and the notarial signing. I do not subcontract any stage. The same agent walks you from the first message to the day the keys change hands.
-
Your money is protected. I show you the mechanism, not a promise.
The buyer's deposit does not enter my account, and it does not go straight to you either. It sits inside Remax's protected payment system until the deed is signed at the notary. If the buyer pulls out, the deposit goes to you. If you pulled out, the buyer would be entitled to double under Spanish civil law. I walk you through that before you sign anything.
-
Photography, staging, small fixes, the difference between listed and sold
A well-prepared flat sells faster and at a better price than a flat that is merely listed. I coordinate the photography, direct the staging, and, when it makes sense, manage paint, lighting, or minor cosmetic work. The investment is recovered at the signing.
